Warranty Policy
All Tactical Geek products are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects, as well as lifetime repair support. To ensure valid warranty coverage, please purchase Tactical Geek products exclusively through our official store or authorized distributors.
WARRANTY COVERAGE (VIA AUTHORIZED CHANNELS)
- 15-Day Replacement: 1:1 exchange for any defective products within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Tools & Knives: 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Pouch & Fabric Products: 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
REPAIR & SUPPORT (DIRECT TO FACTORY)
- Lifetime Labor Support: After the initial warranty period expires, we offer free lifetime labor support for repairs. Customers are only responsible for the cost of replacement parts and shipping fees.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
- Accessories: Everyday accessories and wearable items (including pocket clips, zippers, holsters, lanyards, patches, and hardware attachments) are excluded from the extended warranty.
- Warranty Terms: The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage incurred during shipping.
- Parts & Freight: Free lifetime service applies strictly to repair labor; replacement components and round-trip shipping charges are excluded.
